How to Enable or Disable any Button on Ctrl+Alt+Del Options Screen

All Windows user are well familiar with Ctrl+Alt+Del button functions on Windows computer. Ctrl+Alt+Del options can be accessed in all versions windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows Vista by pressing these three keys simultaneously.
